Elara had some flooding in some floor recently...

While checking in, they gave me a Sphere view room on the floor, which had flooding and there were lot of drying equipments on the main gallery of that floor. Those drying equipments were sitting between elevator and my allocated room. It smelled bad. Most rooms were empty and left open to help with the drying. Not sure why they gave me the room in the first place. So I went back to the front desk and asked them to change the floor. Then they gave me a lower floor and pool facing. Pool is empty now a days and there are bunch of structures around the property due to FormulaOne. They told me that they don't have any other room on higher floor or better views. So I just stayed on this floor as atleast there was no flooding incident here.
