YOUR PERSONAL CONCIERGE, INCLUDED
Every stay comes with the dedicated service of our villa concierge, Julissa. She prepares your trip before you land, stops by the villa daily to make sure everything is perfect, and remains available by phone throughout your stay: the responsiveness of a full-service hotel, in a private home.

Included with your stay:
- Personalized itinerary prepared before arrival
- Welcome grocery run (1 per stay)
- Restaurant reservations across the resort and Punta Cana
- Booking of excursions: catamaran and yacht charters, deep-sea fishing, swimming with dolphins, surf lessons, Scape Park, buggies, horseback riding (activities at your expense)
