Location... Location....LOCATION!!! This condo is ocean front in the heart of downtown. It is walkable to may places. The hosts has a binder full of information. The building offers hot tubs lazy river and a kids water area.The host communicates on check in, during the stay and check out.

While unit was clean, building is very old. There are no interior corridors, all rooms have direct, exterior exposure to garage. Garage parking and ramps are very tight with significant sight blind spots on corners. There is no lobby area to socialize with friends or others. Unit advertised appeared to be a small standalone building on opposite side of street (not direct ocean front) but unit provided was in an OLD high rise building. Hosts were very nice and proactively communicated.
