2-bedroom located on a second floor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, Relaxing Queen sizes bed and a lot of storage.
Main Bedroom and bathroom with in wall audio system and 49'' flat TV.
Living area is open space concept, fully equipped kitchen and friendly living room. With 32'' smart TV.
Public Transit is also available by streetcar and bus to Saint Clair west, Ossington, and Eglinton west subway stations. From these stations you can visit all the main attraction Toronto has to offer within 15-20 Min.
Nested in Hillcrest Village north of Saint Clair West one of Toronto's most Vibrant established neighbourhoods. Within a short walk to popular shops and restaurants (8 Minutes) ranging from bakeries, all day breakfast, and French, Italian, Indian, Portuguese, Asian and fusion cuisine.
We are surrounded by Cedarvale Park, Wychwood barns and conveniently located within a short drive to downtown Toronto (10 Min), Casa Loma (5 Min), CN tower and Financial District (15 Min).

Very nice apartment but..

Good property but did not feel comfortable due to last 3 items Property is brand new and nicely decorated Nice bathrooms x 2 Nice TV x2 Oven, stove and microwave is good No dishwasher Neighbourhood is ok. Parking is available Caretaker is very kind and helpful House rules communication makes you nervous throughout the stay, it could be more welcoming Washing machine available but house rules state to book 5 days in advance Toilets are said to be sensitive for excess toilet paper (like a boat) beware of a fine imposed if blocked

Lovely place, nice furnitures and good appliances

Very good, easy and quick communication with owner. Very good info provided about parking rules and spaces. Perfect for families with 2/3 children or 2 couples. Little bit far from downtown but perfect ratio price/location. An Uber will cost you around 7$. Bad side: too much stairs when you are carrying a lot of heavy luggage and... you are not allow AT ALL to use any kind of shoes inside, even in summer!!! By the way whether you are Spanish speakers this is your place, owner speaks it perfectly ;)))

We stayed three nights for our first visit to Toronto. The living space was very spacious and well suited for our family of four. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and snacks and the corner seating provided a comfortable area for having coffee in the morning. The owners were friendly and helpful. We will stay here on any future trips to Toronto!
