- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The daily rental rate includes all charges, also electricity (up to the Residence's "fair use" policy). Other optional services (maid, chef etc.) can be arranged upon request. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: discounts are possible for long-term rentals and last-minute bookings.
