With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and the ability to sleep up to 16 guests, Maximum allowed is 16 guests. This unique retreat features two homes seamlessly connected under one roof. Enjoy ample space for togetherness or privacy, complete with: Two fully stocked kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms; A large game room with ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, and a pool table; A beautiful pool, hot tub, gas firepit, and expansive patio for outdoor relaxation; Smart TVs in every room (9 total), a gas grill, a Blackstone griddle, bicycles, pickleball paddles, and corn hole sets. Located on the peaceful south side of the lake, the property boasts serene canal views, incredible sunsets, and abundant wildlife. Less than 1 mile to Bluff Creek Marina and a short drive to the PK General Store. Bring your boat along—reservations can be made to dock it at the marina for effortless lake days.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds that were slept in unmade. Leave used towels in the bath tubs or showers.
Return interior furniture & items to original location. Return outside furniture to original location(bungee furniture),return any used floats to the shed, turn off gas grills, fireplace & fire pit.
Load and run dishwashers. Take all trash to the neighborhood trash receptacle across from the marina entrance. Turn off all lights (including exterior) and lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than 16 guests. If violated, you must leave and no refund will be given. Additional fees may apply if 16 guest limit is violated.

We had a wonderful family Christmas at this property! It was the perfect amount of bedrooms for our group, providing everyone with their own space. The property itself was beautiful, and we especially appreciated how comfy the beds were after a long day of festivities. A delightful surprise was the Christmas tree the owner had set up, which added to the holiday spirit.The owners were fantastic to work with, making the entire experience seamless. Checking in and out was a breeze, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for families looking to create special memories together!
