This beautiful property is right on Lake Waneta. It is on a quiet road where you can enjoy the peacefulness and fun lake activities.
What makes this property unique
The main attraction is Lake Waneta itself!! Bring your boat or kayak to enjoy fishing, waterskiing, tubing, sunbathing, or simply relaxing on the water with friends and family! The cottage has recently been updated. The new kitchen has all the kitchen necessities to cook while spending time at the Lake! You can also use outdoor grill! Enjoy your meal together at the dining room table or on the covered porch which overlooks beautiful Lake Waneta! An HVAC system was installed to keep everyone cool or warm depending which season you are staying on the lake! Rest in the two bedrooms upstairs, both with a lake views! The couch in the Livingroom which overlooks the lake, has a pullout full bed. A third bedroom is also available on first floor near the bathroom.
Lake Waneta is a hidden gem between the two bigger lakes of Keuka and Seneca! You can visit the wineries and breweries of the Finger Lakes. A 9-hole golf course is on Lake Waneta. About 15 minutes away enjoy spectacular waterfalls at Watkins Glen State Park or a NASCAR race at Watkins Glen International! There are more waterfalls nearby along with hiking trails! Hammondsport is a small town nearby, on Keuka Lake, it has many unique shops, places to eat, and a grocery store! Many more activities are available too, just Google what attractions are at Waneta Lake or the Finger Lakes!
