Beautiful, 3rd floor Kitchen/living room worked well, great views! Pool was great for kids and adults. Had great separation of space for all guests. Elevator was important for our older family members. A few minor issues with outside tv, and elevator. All were handled immediately by maintenance folks.It’s pricey but worth it if you have a large family gathering.

The house looks better than the pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had 5 adults and 5 children in the house and had plenty of room. We were within walking distance to the beach. We watched the sunrise from the back and the sunset from the front of the house. Had a small issue with the door lock. Jamie from Pier 41 was very helpful in resolving this issue. We loved everything about the house!!

Simply Amazing

The house is in a great location. Easy access to the beach. (Short walk). The house itself is stunning and very well appointed. Jamie with the host group, Pier 42, handled every need we had. From booking a golf cart, booking a canopy for the beach to making sure we had every convenience we needed during our stay. Jamie helped make our stay the most welcoming and enjoyable that it could be. We could not thank Jamie and the pier 42 team enough. Our trip was very relaxing and worry free which is just what we needed.

Parks family beach week

Had a fantastic week. House was great. My special needs daughter was able to access all the levels, pool and the dock. We spent a lot of time on our boat. The shower could have been a bit more accessible for her but we made it work. The red water hose blew a fitting but that was the only issue and it was not a big deal. Loved it. Hard to leave this morning.
