We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home. It was exceptionally clean—probably the cleanest vacation rental I’ve stayed in—and everything in the house was in excellent working order, which I really appreciated. The home was very well furnished and thoughtfully outfitted, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of parking in the driveway. We also really enjoyed the outdoor living space. The neighborhood felt safe and was very walkable, with restaurants, shops, and other conveniences nearby. The property management company was excellent as well—very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay.Overall, this was a very comfortable, well-maintained home in a great location, and I would happily stay here again.

We loved our visit to La Jolla & our stay at Draper Paradise. The host was very friendly & communicative & answered any questions promptly. The house was adorable, just as shown and in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere to stores & restaurants. The only negative I can think of was there were no closets in two of the (lovely) bedrooms. This was rather awkward & I think it could be easily rectified with inexpensive clothing racks. However, there were large dressers in all the bedrooms for folded clothes. The linens on the beds were wonderful & the beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was modern & bright with everything you could possiblyneed & the living area was spacious with a huge sectional. Overall, it was a terrific experience and I highly recommend it.

We had a great time in La Jolla and so glad we selected this property for our stay of the many choices available. It was centrally located to many great restaurants, close to the beach and within walking distance of La Jolla Village. The yard was also perfect for our four legged friends. The property manager was great. They proactively communicated, were very responsive and had a cool digital app to process and track the property information. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in the area.

Excellent home in a great location. Easy communication with the host. My family really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others. The Master BR is beautiful and includes a deck with a view of the ocean. The kitchen, dining room, living room area downstairs was large enough and great for spending time together. There is a nice table and chairs set up on the side porch too. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the BBQ and lounging area in the backyard. I guess we'll have to return.

Thank you for the great review. We're glad the home and location worked well and that communication was easy. It's wonderful your family enjoyed the master bedroom and ocean-view deck, and that the open kitchen/dining/living area and side porch gave you plenty of space together. Sorry you didn’t get to use the BBQ and backyard lounge — we’d love to host you again so you can enjoy those. Thank you for recommending the property and for choosing Coast Vacation Homes; we hope to welcome you back.
