Excellent location to explore downtown Halifax. Close to great restaurants and waterfront. Unit was clean and had basic supplies. Paid parking across the street. For those who want to plan ahead, it has a Keurig coffee maker.

The place was amazing and absolutely gorgeous. We got notified that the elevator was broken the day of check-in and as such we had to leave early as my elderly parents couldn't navigate the stairs and the host was amazing offering a refund for the unused days

The apartment didn’t have the basics I usually find in the many similar properties I’ve stayed in- tea, coffee, milk, sugar, at least to welcome guests. Kitchen wasn’t well equipped. The furniture is old and needs replacement. The lobby had a foul garbage smell all through the stay. The apartment itself was clean but not well maintained. In all the cost of the apartment ( despite being downtown) was not equivalent to the service rendered. I can say this as I have stayed at a different apartment downtown 2 months ago and their is a marked difference is quality.

Underwhelming

Great location. Walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. Apartment is not conducive for four adults. There is no table that sits four people for a meal. Kitchen amenities are scarce. Windows let light in but absolutely no view - blocked by the roof. Air conditioning is ineffective as it does not reach far bedroom.

Excellent property very close to the waterfront and other restaurants and stores.Lobby leaves a bit to be desired but they are working on it. Once you get upTo the apartment it is very nice and has everything you need. Very comfortable for a family of four with the kids sharing a bed. Nice beds and bedding, comfortable living room. Very clean. Parking is additional in a parkade across the street.
