We arrived without being given any instructions or codes to obtain entry. Had to phone for codes although I had requested this information 2 days prior to arrival. After touring the next day we returned to find that the door code provided did not work. The phone number provided for emergencies required us to leave a message. After repeated calls and waiting approximately 1 hour I was able to gain entry through a small window. Very frustrating! Not sure what we’d have done if we’re not able to fit through the window. We were told there would be a partial refund. Kitchen supplies were minimal. Bathroom towel rack was falling off the wall. Seemed to be a leak under the cabinet in the bathroom. Picture in one bedroom fell off the wall onto the bed in the night. Dangerous step to enter the apartment. It was reasonably clean and an excellent location at a decent price.
