This fully renovated 1 bedroom LBI Surf retreat is a very short walk to the beach. It is centrally located and also a close walk to great restaurants, ice cream and activities. The bay beach and local concerts are a short walk down the street as well! Just a short walk from the Hotel LBI!! Beach badges are included when required for July through August!

Everything was comfy and clean. Closer to the beach than it may seem, also extremely convenient to the causeway and many local shops & restaurants (some within walking distance!). Would definitely stay again.

Our rental was good for our stay. The only thing I wish I knew before booking was how the bedroom was set up. Having a large bed in the room made it impossible to into or out of bed without getting my partner up or climbing down the length of the bed. If I knew this I would have picked another more spacious place. Other than that everything was good no issues.

We were looking for a place to sleep, as family was celebrating Grandmother's birthday in a nearby large house. This place was perfect for that. It would not be the place to stay if you are looking to entertain other friends there, since it is a relatively small place.

Good but layout is very tight

The pictures definitely make the space look more spacious than it is. The bedroom basically just has room for the bed, when the closet door opened you couldn’t get off the bed without bumping it. Keeping the space cool was definitely an issue too, and you can hear everything above you. It could’ve been a little more clean as well, the shower looked dingy as well as the corners and floors. Overall it was ok because we weren’t there a lot throughout the day but it would’ve been a lot better if the above was fixed.
