Located in the south end of the island set back off the beach side of Landis Ave with ample off-street parking (fits up to 6 cars)! Short walk to the beach, Sunset Pier, Scoops, Shorebreak cafe, Hanks Sauce, Blitz’s Market, and more! Great for a family vacation- With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed (full bottom, twin top and pull-out twin trundle). Pack 'n play also included! Large quiet outdoor patio with awning and gas grill- perfect after a day at the beach! Two full bathrooms- one with a bathtub. Outdoor shower! Two decks to enjoy your morning coffee! New washer and dryer in 2025! All new kitchen appliances in 2026! Beach tags included.

Please note this property accepts families only. Must be older than 27 to reserve the property. Reservations signed by parents/ legal guardians are not accepted.

The condo exceeded our expectations, even better than the pictures. We absolutely loved the patio, front porch and the upper deck especially. My husband and I enjoy coffee out there in the mornings. Our stay was short, but it was great!

Perfect rental! House was extremely clean and comfortable. Great outdoor space and so close to beach and great bakeries and restaurants! Check-in was so easy and host was amazing to work with! A great pick for your trip down the shore!

This four bedroom two bathroom house (plus outdoor shower) has plenty of space for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals in. Nice to have use of propane grill as well. Host was extremely responsive and really easy to work with.

Smaller sized, 4 BR home. Great location-close to beach, coffee, grocery, ice cream, restaurants! Host was great to work with, very responsive. House was clean, adequately furnished, great ceiling fans. 3rd floor bedrooms were on warm side (too hot for me) but my daughter and her children did not mind at all. Nice outdoor shower, table, chairs. Listing is accurate. Only c/o was having to haul trash to JFK Blvd( only there for 4 day stay), especially recyclables-which were already in can, but my bad for misunderstanding instructions given to me. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing and Quiet Stay in Sea Isle

My family of 5 plus my father in law stayed here from Tuesday thru Saturday and it was absolutely great. Everyone had their own good size bedroom and the master had a nice deck off the slider. 5 min walk to the beach and the beach was absolutely great. House was super clean on all 3 floors and the communication with the owners was great and easy from the time of booking thru checkout. Would def rent again and recommend to everyone
