Easy stay in Reno

Stayed here for a work trip and everything went smoothly. One room smelled like cigarettes, but the house was otherwise clean.

Great Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. Very charming modern house situated in a very nice neighborhood in Midtown. A huge grassy park is right across the street and it was perfect for my dog. The coffee bar and 7/11 were a couple of blocks away. It was nice to walk around. The place was clean, spacious and quiet. The beds were so comfortable! Only thing that I wish was better is that the lighting over the mirrors are not so bright and it’s hard for women to do their facial make-ups. We will definitely come stay here again when we visit our friends in Reno next time.

The parking area is large enough for one vehicle but at such an angle that you fight to get out on one side and try not to fall out the other. There are zero instructions for climate control, wifi, appliances. The carpets are absolutely filthy, lights out in the refrigerator, ice maker is jammed and a cracked shelf. The trashcan was full, multiple huge dog poops in the yard, dead battery in the door lock forced us to climb in the window (and replace the battery) the dishwasher wasn't working and neither was the light over the stove. The cleanliness of the linens and dishes was questionable at best. There is no dining table and only three mismatched stools for seating at the kitchen island. The foosball table is chintzy and only takes up space. The closets are crowded with miscellaneous junk and there are no drawers in the bedrooms for clothes.

We provided the necessary instructions for the items you inquired about, including how to operate the dishwasher, which was confirmed to be working properly. We also requested additional photos to better assess the other concerns, but since those weren’t provided, we weren't able to get much details.
