Fantastic location with the lovely home. Easy access to everything in Key West in a quiet neighborhood. The house was well equipped, very clean and just lovely. The host were great about communication. We will definitely stay here again.

We love to stay in Truman's Annex and this condo was fabulous! It must be newly renovated and furnished because everything was in perfect condition. We would love to stay here again next time we visit.

Nice place, well appointed. Quiet, close to everything, short walk to Duval. Clean place, well appointed for our family of 4. Would have liked regular coffee pot instead of Kuerig. Really need to do a better job marking location and what keys needed for what, nothing is marked. On the pricey side. Manager generally responsive to any issue. Unit actually has access to two pools not just the small one nearby as marked. Small nearby pool water too hot as cooler broke down. Larger pool nicely cool since it was very hot while we were there.

Hi Karen, Thanks so much for your review. It appears that maybe you did not review all of the stay instructions as there are photos and pictures for the 2 keys provided and the FOB. Or which goes to foot gate around property and the other to the restroom at the pool. The FOB allows access into the pool. No other Keys and even the unit is keyless. I definitely recommend reviewing all the arrival instructions in future and they will help with your knowledge on the property to make your stay easier. Our office is also always available to assist and show you anything needed. Our complex has only 1 pool and is noted numerous times which to use because they are the rules of the HOA. Smaller or not that is the pool our guests are allowed to use. The others are for their shared communities. Even though all within the Annex each have separate neighborhoods. I am surprised no one asked for you to leave the other pool as we don’t even have keys to that one and also why we don’t. Traveling on a holiday weekend like Memorial Day as you did or in peak season can always be more expensive. If you want cheaper rates August & September are very discounted. We are glad overall you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for coming!

Great place. Perfect location!

The place was as pictured, although the pictures make some rooms seem smaller than they were. Living area was plenty big enough. Bedrooms large enough too. Kitchen and bathrooms are small, but functional (Kitchen island is actually a good size). And the place was immaculate! Lots of linen, including beach/pool towels. Full size washer/dryer was nice to have.But the best part is the location. Truman Annex is a perfect location on Key West. Close enough to walk to 90% of what we did. Far enough off the busy streets that it was quiet (but for the roosters!). Surrounding streets are beautiful to walk down, but we had the convenience of parking by our door. While the view off the upstairs balcony was nothing (parking lot and building behind) the small deck in front was nice and felt private and cozy. Shaded, yet has opportunity for sitting in the sun too. Perfect for your morning coffee or to read a book.The only real knock on the place is that the sound tends to echo around a bit since there are high ceilings, no carpet, etc. If you have small, loud kids, that might be a bigger issue, but for our small party of adults who don't yell much, not a big deal.The bottom line - we would love to stay here again.
