About the host
Hosted by Tracy Finch
Peter and I have traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and around the world, and eventually chose Temecula as home. We fell in love with Gemini Moon Ranch the moment we discovered it and have become passionate about preserving its history and sharing it with others. We love welcoming guests who appreciate nature, history, creativity and places that are a little outside the ordinary. We live on the property, so we're nearby if you need us, while giving you plenty of privacy to enjoy the ranch on your own.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with De Luz because it feels worlds away while still being just minutes from Temecula. The winding country roads lead through rolling hills, oak trees and quiet rural properties before arriving at the ranch. Here, mornings are peaceful, nights are dark enough to see the stars, and there's room to slow down and breathe. Wander beneath the ancient oaks, explore the ranch's hidden architectural surprises or relax near the seasonal creek. Then, when you're ready to venture out, Old Town Temecula, Wine Country, restaurants and local attractions are just a short drive away.
What makes this property unique
Gemini Moon Ranch is a true hidden gem in the hills above Temecula. Artist-builder Robert Morris, known for his distinctive work throughout Old Town Temecula, designed and built the ranch as his own home. Throughout the property you'll discover reclaimed materials, vintage architectural pieces, handcrafted details and wonderfully unexpected touches collected from historic buildings across the West. Set beneath ancient oaks on more than five peaceful acres, the ranch feels like stepping into another time. We are still discovering stories behind the materials and hidden details Robert incorporated throughout the property—which makes sharing this special place with guests even more fun.
