Check-in was very simple, location was excellent as we were there for a wrestling tournament at the Covelli Center. Very clean. We used uber for our dinner plans from our VRBO which was very convenient from our stay! (Blind Bear and varsity club Youngstown served great food and drinks) we enjoyed the thoughtfulness of a few cold water bottles in the frig and a few snack packs that were left for us when we got there! Hosts were very quick to respond to our needs/questions! We actually made arrangements to spend another weekend already!

Our daughter had a softball tournament in Struthers, so we decided to stay the night close by. This place was just what we needed for the night. Kevin was a fantastic host and went above and beyond for making us feel comfortable

This property is a Gem among any properties near Boardman/Youngstown area. The attention of the owners to every tiny detail was apparent throughout my husband’s and my stay for a reunion of South High School (80th!) It is the upstairs unit of a two story house. The folks on the first level were quiet.It’s within a few minutes of Southern Park Mall, Forest Lawn Cemetery, the original Handel’s Ice Cream and only about 15 minutes from Downtown.The inside is designed for comfort. The AC in windows and overhead fans kept the temperature well- controlled despite a record heat wave. The bathroom has been upgraded , including a shower stall that accommodated my 6’3” husband! The kitchen , with upgraded sink and fixtures, enabled us to prepare simple meals including dinners ( might have included more complex dinners that were not on our menu.A fantastic bonus was the lovely backyard and garden, enhanced in the evening by small lights and lovely flowers everywhere! We are “ plant people “ and were duly impressed!Finally, the cost was not to be believed!We met the couple who own this house while we were checking out. They even gave us a couple extra hours , more than we needed, and despite other guests coming ( they had plenty of time for the thorough cleaning we experienced on our arrival!) . They were just lovely and I’m sure we would be friends if we lived nearby!I can honestly say “ Enjoy your stay”!
