It was easy check in. Great communication. The casita was darling, spacious , clean and a perfect location in RoundTop. Hope to stay again in the near future. Highly recommend !!!!!!

We had tickets for the morning performance of Romeo and Juliet in Winedale, so we decided to stay overnight in Round Top the night before. This place was perfect for our needs!It might be helpful for other visitors to know that summer is very much the off season, so Gino's, the on-site restaurant, might be closed if you visit in summer - or at least it was when we stayed. However, the Garden Co. Cafe was open and just a few minutes' drive away. We had a very nice meal there and also a good breakfast at Royers the next morning. Restaurants and the Shakespeare performance are conveniently located nearby and the town is very cute picturesque. The casita is also cute and fits a lot in a small footprint. The couch fit my teenage son, so three of us slept there comfortably. Would definitely stay again!

Host was super welcoming. We arrived early and the maintenance staff was accommodating and prepared our room early. Everything was clean and the room stayed cold. Our dog loved lying on the concrete floor after going for walks outside. Thank you for having us!

For a one night stay away from the hustle and bustle of life, this was a perfect spot! Far enough out of town and we picked a good time of year with no neighbors. A lot of the items in the casita looked brand new and the couch and bed were so comfortable! If you’re looking for somewhere small to step away, with a town close-by with plenty of trinkets, this place is for you! We would 100% come back!

Really unique and nice rental. Check in was seemless, and my wife and I had a wonderful 2 days of peace and rest. The town of Round Top was very nice. We would definitely rent again.

The architect that designed the casitas and the owner that built them are freaking genius es. Everything was just perfect; clean, very clean; fluffy wonderful towels; quiet and very dark at night, perfect air conditioning and a great shower. Kourtney, the host, was kind enough to have some plain coffee pods dropped off to me. I slept like a baby, felt safe. I can’t wait to stay here again during the next Round Top Art Festival in November!
