J'ai été ravie d'accueillir cette merveilleuse famille à l'accent si charmant et ensoleillé. Ils ont pris grand soin de l'appartement et étaient très attentifs des instructions et des divers conseils pour visiter Montreal et ses environs. J'espère pouvoir les revoir très bientôt au Canada et avoir le plaisir de leur monter la ville en période estivale. Je ne peux que recommander Christophe et sa famille. J'ai été ravie d'accueillir Christian et Christiane dans ma propriété. Un couple vraiment charmant et tellement sympathique. J'ai aussi adoré nos discussions. Je n'ai que des commentaires positifs à leur égard. Ils ont pris soin de l'appartement comme s'il s'agissait de leur propre maison Je serai très heureuse de les revoir lors de leur prochain passage à Montreal Merci encore de votre confiance Bonne continuation et à très bientôt j'espère

Metro station is exactly 17 minutes away from home. Probably the guests didn't really check the proper way to access the metro station and it takes 10 minutes by bus to get there as well. Very easy to verify on google. The guests left the apartment in a unimaginable state of dirtiness. The bottom of the bath tub was really dirty with black spots. They damaged the wooden kitchen counter and unfortunately I wasn't able to remove the dirty marks and spots they made on it. The apartment was smelling very badly and they left the entire place really dirty and messy . There were greasy fingerprints everywhere on the kitchen cabinet doors and counter was overall very greasy as well. Neighbours knocked on the floor and walls because the guests were playing music super loud until 2am at night. They've been trying to reach out to the guests but nobody answered. I received complains from the tenants and neighbours about the noise and music playing loud at night. After several vain calls to contact the guests I didn't have any other choice than showing up and try to talk to them personally. I showed up once to let them know about their disrespectful behaviour toward the neighbours. I finally was able to speak to them over the phone after insisting and calling multiple times. Weird that these guests had to park their car 5 blocks away since all previous guests who rented the place and a car were able to easily find a parking place on the sideway. I didn't like the disrespectful behaviour of these guests and having them in my property. One simple rule at renting a furnished place is to respect the local people and not to damage the property. I didn't feel the guests were concerned about that.
