The house was very clean. It was close to the Georgia World Congress Center and Mercedes Benz Stadium where me and my coworkers were attending a trade show. The host was great to work with.
The inside of the house was great! Clean and bigger than the photos seemed. I could have had more towels but there is a washer/dryer so all worked out! Not a walkable neighborhood. The landscaping shows it's winter. The back porch was lovely!! What a great place to sit and chat over coffee.
House is spacious, near places we were going. We loved the back porch used it a lot. Owner responsive, place clean, all thought beds had good mattresses. “Charming” neighborhood —not so much.
Came in for the national championship game. House was conveniently located near the stadium and other areas of downtown. Quiet neighborhood and the house had everything we needed for the stay.

We booked the house so we could stay in downtown Atlanta for a couple of days and easily access the zoo and aquarium. The home is nice on the inside, obviously remodeled to accomodate/target the VRBO clientele. The neighborhood is not what I'd call charming. You need to keep the shades down and doors locked. I most definitely would not walk the neighborhood at all especially at night. We are a family of 5 and I'd never bring children to this neighborhood, it's not safe.
The property is in an area that’s being gentrified. When I say being gentrified, it is still quite a mix, and there are quite a few loud parties with boom boxes and folks driving by with their stereos blasting in the middle of the night. Would not stay here with women only and we didn’t feel comfortable opening the shades. The house itself was comfortable enough, however if you plan to cook beware as there is very little cookware and what is there is badly scratched. There isn’t even a measuring spoon or cup, one small salad bowl, no silicone spatulas, only hard plastic, hence the scratched pots and pans. We didn’t even get a clean sponge and the manager/owner had no one who could bring us one. The washing machine also did not function as the start button was missing. It appears the cleaning crew isn’t the greatest. One of the cabinets was filthy with spilled coffee grounds and seasonings. The bathtub in the main bedroom is great to soak in but they have no drain on the floor so any water that spills out will get on your bath mat or worse. There is nowhere to put anything when you are in the tub because it is one of those freestanding “cool looking” ones but not very functional if you have a cup of coffee or water or a book. The coffee maker is a Keurig so keep that in mind if you prefer good coffee, you won’t get it there. Maybe if they up their game in the kitchen and the neighborhood cleans in up in a few years it would be a good place to stay. For now not.
The neighborhood is going through an exciting rebirth, with many newly renovated homes (like this one), several under construction, and a fair amount of urban blight ready for the next phase. We enjoyed Christmas in this house with our grandsons ages two and four. We had to make some adjustments as a few items were not “toddler friendly.” This place would be ideal for a football weekend. It’s only about a mile from Mercedes-Benz Stadium!
Everything was great and quick response. We have few guest come to stay. We needed more bath towels and was delivered asap. Great pick for our volleyball tournament needs.
We had a great stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our family visit for graduation. We loved the deck and living room, especially the couch. The kitchen was spacious and accommodating for family cooking. Every bedroom has fans and smart tvs. Best of all, for our Atlanta visit, everything was within 15mins of the house. That was great for us and helped us save a ton on gas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be coming again.
We were in town for a Braves game and stayed at this property so we could all be together with family. We fell in love with the house! It was quiet with no neighbor noise. We loved being able to sit on the back porch. Part of our stay we went to the Coke Museum and it was literally only a mile away. Great location, clean property, and very helpful owner. Some road work was being done and the owner let us know before we got there just to expect. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
