Awesome stau

The property was amazing, perfectly placed to ski at orford, extremely comfortable and beautiful. Thank you for the great stay

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. It is in beautiful surroundings and is nicely designed. But there were a few things that were frustrating. A tea kettle was missing from a cottage and the coffee maker in the other cottage was broken. While I communicated often with Alexandre (he was quick to reply) there was no attempt to rectify the issues raised during the week we stayed. There were no fire starters which we were told we must use to start fires. I was asked to go buy some (and be reimbursed). The last night the battery in the smoke alarm in one cottage started beeping because of low battery. Despite assurances that we would not hear it at night, we could. They couldn’t fix it until the next morning. While each cottage sleeps six people, the furniture is not comfortable for six people. I would have appreciated having someone local to the cottages to solve issues.

Nous avons grandement apprécié le séjour, la disposition des chambres et autres pièces. Nous avons tout aimé. Il manque juste des petits coussins sur les tabourets de l'ilot pour rendre le tout impeccable!
