When we received the confirmation details for the hotel the hotel name did not even appear so when we arrived I was not even sure if we were at the correct location. The overwhelming smell of smoke was very potent at check-in and in the elevators and hallways…almost like an old Vegas hotel which was very surprising. At first look the room appeared clean, but in the double bed room my daughter made me aware that there was hair and something else found under her sheets. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. We are easy guests so did not require anything further during our stay. The free breakfast was inedible to us so we did not partake in that aspect, but a nice feature for some.
