Thank you for your feedback. I was disappointed to read this review, particularly because none of these concerns were brought to my attention during your stay. Had I been contacted, I would have gladly addressed any issue that could have been resolved. For clarification, the sleeping arrangement referenced in the review is accurately listed as a futon, not a traditional bed. The electrical outlets in the home are functional, and I was not notified of any outlet issues during the stay. Regarding the kitchen, the dishes provided were clean. I also intentionally provide disposable plates and utensils for guests as an additional convenience. While the home may not contain every kitchen item a guest personally prefers, the listing accurately reflects the amenities provided. I was also surprised by the comments regarding cleanliness considering the condition in which the home was left. There were crumbs and food debris on the tables and floors, items were not placed in the trash, towels were left on the floor, and food had been spilled inside the oven. Despite this, I chose to leave a fair review of the guest rather than focus solely on those issues. I welcome constructive feedback and take guest concerns seriously, but I also believe communication during a stay is important. I wish these concerns had been communicated to me at the time so I could have had an opportunity to address them.
