Great stay in early January

We had a fantastic stay at this property close to UNCW campus! It worked out perfectly for our situation, with a great location close to restaurants, the beach, and the campus. Everything in the property worked wonderfully, and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with Vince was excellent—he was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If we’re ever in the Wilmington area again, we would definitely choose this place. Highly recommend!

Nice 2BR 2BA place that is walking distance to the UNCW stadium. The place was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were straight forward.
