Katie’s house was perfect for our 2 night stay. We were 3 adults plus one small dog in town to visit family. Decorated very cute, the home was clean and comfortable. Loved reading about the history of the home. It is located close to everything you would need. Sits just off the interstate, so a bit noisy outside, but did not bother us at all. The host is very easy to communicate with and quick to reply. We will definitely choose a stay in this home again.

We loved our stay at Katie’s Place. The house was perfect for our gathering. Very spacious with plenty of space to gather. We enjoyed the back patio and will definitely stay there on our next visit to Alexandria.

Good place for an LSUA graduation. We had a family of 8 so the one shower took some scheduling, lol. We enjoyed the foosball and large living room. There was not enough silverware for us all but we only ate dessert there so we shared. The beds were decent however the highway noise was a bit loud. Overall, we had a good stay.

Perfect location and size home. We were in town for Honor Band. This was close to the school and restaurants. Had an issue with plumbing that was addressed immediately. Great communication. Wonderfully layed out home with plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable.

Great house, great host, and a perfect location. The house was exactly as described and very clean. Communication with the host was seamless. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Pineville or surrounding areas. There is a dog next door that barks but it was not disruptive during sleeping hours.

Katie’s place is outstanding. When we walked in, the home smelled and looked cleaner than most rentals we have stayed at. The home is spacious, nicely laid out and decorated, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels available, etc. The home is conveniently located, the neighborhood was very quiet, and check in/out was super easy. I would absolutely recommend staying here, especially with kids!
