Welcome to Sunshine Social, a thoughtfully designed vacation-vibe retreat perfect for families, friends, and multigenerational groups. This property offers 6 bedrooms (including 5 king beds) across the main house and guest house, plus 4 bathrooms, a heated saltwater pool (with no charge for heat), and a hot tub. Blocks from the bay and a bridge away from Anna Maria Island. Enjoy beaches, fishing, jet skiing, and more. 12 minutes to IMG and 50 minutes to Lakewood Ranch Sports Complex.

The Space:
The main house features 5 bedrooms, a spacious chef’s kitchen plus a chef's pantry that includes another sink and prep area, and multiple areas for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including plenty of dishes, a large gas range for family meals, and seating for up to 16 at the dining tables, with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. Relax in the living room or the sunroom, offering ample space for groups to gather and unwind. The main house also includes 2 full bathrooms (one in the master bedroom) and a half bath for added convenience.

The guest house offers a private retreat with 1 king bedroom, a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a half bathroom. An outdoor shower is also being added for extra convenience. The guest house provides a great option for those seeking privacy or a quiet space within the property.

The outdoor area is designed to maximize relaxation and enjoyment. With plenty of seating, an outdoor firepit, and an outdoor TV, it’s the perfect spot to gather, whether for casual evenings or special occasions. Tropical accents and murals add character to the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

A very functional home for a large family gathering. The large table, kitchen and living spaces are the highlight of this property. The pool, outside fire pit and basketball court were used and enjoyed. The host was available and responsive to our needs.

We had such a great time at this rental. The host, Megan, was super helpful and responded very quickly. The pool was nice and clean, there were bikes in the back garage available for us to ride, and some games in the main garage. 10/10

Sunshine Social was perfect for our stay in Braydenton for a destination wedding. That said we misunderstood the VRBO ad thinking there were 4 full baths. Not so. There were 2 full baths and 2 half baths. We made it work but rushed for the wedding. Very clean house, quiet neighborhood. Lots of room for 16 people (8 adults, 8 kids). Kids loved sleeping in the guest house away from the adults and the bunk bed room in the main house. Great kitchen and grill for cooking. Convenient location - close to Target and Publix, restaurants, fishing. Had fun with all the extras - pool toys, basketball hoops, beach chairs and umbrellas, arcade and foosball, bikes. Appreciated communicating with Megan - she responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Our family would definitely love to vacation here again!
