Nature & Environment One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during their stay.
Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.
During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.
Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.
We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.
What To Bring We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.

• Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags • Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent • Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, creamer, sugar) • Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed

Host was very responsive if we had any issues and they were very minor (remote control batteries, etc.). The house was perfect for our entire baseball team and 4 coaches. Easy access and plenty of room to park the school bus. Beautiful surroundings and the individual porch for each bedroom were a bonus.
The cabin was awesome for our big family Christmas. We had a few issues, but when we contacted the management team, they were very responsive and came out quickly to address our needs. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, but bringing your own firewood was an inconvenience, as we used it a lot.If you offer a pool table, please have at least 2 cues with felt tips, otherwise the game is not fun. And why have refillable shower bottles that are empty, requiring use of small sample bottles. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas, which we all loved!
