I'm a digital nomad who spent years wintering in Florida in a van, so I checked out a lot of what Florida has to offer. I always gravitated back to Ocala because of the climate and the amount of forests, springs, and outdoor activities nearby.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it's super quiet and close enough to town that it's quick and easy to get anything, but also away from any hustle and bustle. There's tons of hiking and mountain biking trails within a few miles, and a lot of state parks, springs, and forests to explore.
What makes this property unique
This is my vacation home, not just a rental property. I put very nice beds, bedding, furniture, utensils, etc in the house....the stuff *I* want to have when I'm there. Also a 65" OLED smart TV for when you feel like staying in. You'll have all the creature comforts of home!
