The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Please put back any toys, books or other items you may have moved during your stay. Please don’t make us hunt down game pieces under beds and couches. 🙃
If you have time to start a load of towels in the morning it would be so appreciated, but not a must!
Tidy up as needed. If there are dishes that do not fit in the dishwasher. Please hand wash them. There is a dish rack and dish soap available for that purpose. Thank you so much!

The house was charming and in a great location with nearby restaurants. It was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee bar.My son especially enjoyed the rock wall and kids bunk area upstairs. We would stay again.
Everything about our stay stood out from the gracious host, accommodations, and the warm inviting house we called “home” for our stay. Would absolutely recommend to a friend and would definitely stay again.
We love the house and the little town. It feels like a safe area the kids enjoyed walking to the general store and back. This is our second time here and enjoyed it so much. The house and description just as described. No issues at all.

Hi Karen. I hate to hear you didn’t love this home as much as our other guests have. I can ensure you our floors and rugs are washed in between stays. I wish you would’ve reached out to let us know you were unhappy and we could have sent our cleaner back. Just keep in mind for all future stays with any VRBO hosts…we pour our hearts into these homes and want nothing but the best experience for our guests. Reaching out and giving us a chance to fix any problems should be your first step before leaving a negative review. We hope you’ll give our 100 year old, restored home another chance some day!
Great set up! The kitchen had everything we needed! The stores were all close by. We used the outdoor fire pit and picnic table to eat take out pizza and carve pumpkins. The pizza was from Stefanina’s pizzeria. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!
The home is beautifully restored, well appointed with modern amenities and just wonderful! Each bedroom has wonderful linens, and beautifully restored bathrooms. Nice big kitchen for groups to gather, and a massive stove. I love the coffee bar! The bunk bed room has an awesome big Joe beanbag. Great location with walking distance to Friendlies!

Thank you so much for the kind words. We were so happy to have you. Please come back anytime!
The house was great for us. We had three generations coming to visit our college student in Columbia. This location gave us/her an easy route to get to each other and easy access to some of the surrounding areas for activities. Because of the weather/season, we weren't able to really walk around the old downtown and see many things.
I loved that this house had a lot of history to it. It has been remodeled to reflect today's needs. The host stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was going well. There was a small festival that happened that was restricting parking and they made sure we were aware of it and provided attional suggestions to help. I would stay here again.
We happened to be coming to Wentzville during a time with stormy weather. Unfortunately, it knocked out the power for a bit but the property owners reached out immediately and checked on us until it was resolved. The home was really nice and my little kids loved the wall of books, the giant beanbag and the climbing wall.

Why they chose this property
This fantastic area of old towne Wentzville is as cute as it gets. We chose this location due to its awesome proximity to some of Wentzvilles best bars, restaurants and event spots.
What makes this property unique
Our home is 100 years old! Titled "THE ROSE" because of its hideous tan-ish exterior that looks more like an UGLY pink color in the sunlight (we're going to lean in to its flaws).
