Communication with host was effective, beds were very comfortable. AC worked well and added fans in apt., while not needed, were a bonus. Only two concerns we had is that the rental listing was for apt. 303 but we ended up in 403. While the room was identically laid out and the furniture the same, it added an extra flight of stairs which was a pain with luggage, etc. Second was that the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it may have mold on it? Overall good stay and met our needs.
