This property was great for getting the whole family together. We were able to comfortably fit 20 people. The property listing is accurate and the walk to the beach being a maximum of about 5 minutes. The property is located in a very great spot as well, very close to a lot of great restaurants and stores. Our liaison was quick to reply and help fix any issues when contacted.If you are looking to host your next get together here, I would definitely recommend it!

There is plenty of room in this beautiful house. There are a few things that need tweaking but it is a quick walk to the beach and the pool was excellent. We were a group of 22 and had more than enough room. We were disappointed that we were not able to heat the hot tub but you could still use it to hang out in. And the microwave needs replacing but other than that the perfect house. They were very quick to respond to anything.

We stayed at this AMAZING house as a last minute Fall getaway. The house was spotless, the management company was beyond responsive, the decor was modern and sleek, high end appliances were an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We are already planning a repeat visit. Can't say enough about this vacation rental and management company.

The house was gorgeous and clean and it was about a block away from the beach...perfect. a quiet neighborhood with no traffic...perfect. there were a few things that werent working or broken, but they were minor and when I texted the manager, they sent someone out immediately.

We were surprised by how damaged the house was for the age of the property and photos on the listing. Some big issues we saw or were disappointed in were pieces of the flooring were splintering, the rugs looked very worn and dirty, the trash can pull out was filthy and had trash from prior guests behind the bins, the main floor couch cushions were smooshed beyond fluffing, the floors upstairs in the bedrooms had dried liquid spots where it looked like something had spilled giving us the impression that it wasn’t properly mopped, one of the bedrooms had a dry red substance that looked similar to blood on the shower ceiling. The outside table legs looked like they were one wind gust from breaking and the table falling over, the pool was full of sand and clumps of hair, the grill tools/utensils were located next to termite spray. Overall, the house looked dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly since the day it was built; The vents were filled with dust. On a positive note, we did enjoy the pool and the close proximity to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for 3 family’s/a group consisting of 15 people. There were plenty of dishes and seating for meals.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great, and service from Modern Beach was great! House was clean. Plenty of hot water for 16 people. Very well stocked kitchen. I loved the included beach towels- one less thing to worry about!

We had an amazingly relaxing stay, and the location was basically a vacationer’s dream—walking distance to the beach and dangerously close to shopping. Our stay was an absolute DREAM! Sure, it started off with a small plot twist when the refrigerator decided to stop working, but any concern disappeared almost instantly. The host responded faster than we could even start worrying and was genuinely helpful in every way possible.This was hands-down the most well-stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Seriously—if we had forgotten how to breathe, I’m convinced they would’ve had instructions and backup supplies ready. The level of customer service was next-level. It truly felt like the host/property manager treated us like family (the kind of family that actually wants you around). We couldn’t be more grateful for such an accommodating, thoughtful, and downright awesome host. Would 1000% stay here again!

This house was amazing for a large group! Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, kitchen overlooked the pool and had various appliances (air fryer, two ovens, hot water kettle, and all the basics) all we needed since we cooked every night! The beach is very walkable and a nice dollar general is 350 ft away for anything you forget or need quick. Beach is PERFECT. A concerige was available all week for any recommendations or questions which was really nice (very friendly and quick to respond). Highly recommend!
