1st - The property is in a condominium with 4 towers. To reach the tower of this unit on foot, you need to climb a few flights of stairs.

2nd - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.

3rd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

4th - The condominium parking lot is on a rotating basis, so remember to leave the car with the handbrake released.
