Why they chose this property

My grandparents lived in this neighborhood when I was growing up, so it has a special place in my heart. It is centered perfectly between Alpharetta’s City Center and Avalon (outdoor shopping and gathering place), so I know every guest that visits will get to experience downtown Alpharetta life!

What makes this property unique

My favorite feature of this home is the large kitchen island! It’s almost 10 feet long, which makes it a perfect gathering spot for families to share meals, happy hour, or just a drink and good conversation!
