Located in the center and conveniently, it takes only 6 minutes by car to reach the 1.4 million square foot North point mall, 9 minutes to reach the Avalon shopping street with high-end shops, dining options, and entertainment venues, and 12 minutes to reach the historic Old Mill Park with waterfalls, covered bridges, hiking trails, and Chattahoochee River This small house can easily accommodate 6 people. The living room is equipped with a 65 inch TV and Netflix, 2 bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, 1 bedroom is equipped with a standard queen size bed, and the master bedroom is equipped with a 55 inch TV. There are three bathrooms in total, two of which have bathtubs. Full sized washing machine and dryer, kitchen utensils with complete seasonings for cooking.

This house was perfect for our work trip. Plenty of room, very clean and even had 6 deer in the backyard every morning! Homeowner was very easy to communicate with. We have to go back in April and would definitely stay here again.

Hunter's Cove stay

Property was as described. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. I contacted property manager and their response was quick and helpful. Would definitely stay in the property again.

Convenient Stay in Roswell

We were either the first or second renters for this property. The house is as advertised and the family enjoyed being able to spread out and relax in the house. We had some initial concerns being in a condo, but the entire neighborhood was very quietlocation

Overall we had a good stay. The townhome was comfortable, all the appliances worked, it is situated in a nice quiet and leafy street and was a close drive to shops, Roswell and Alpharetta. The host was very responsive to some issues that arose during our stay. Unfortunately the interior could use a fresh coat of paint, the master bath tub needs better sealing, the sliding door screens need repair as does the outdoor deck. Note to future guests: the front door was a bit tricky to lock. From outside: push away when pressing the lock and from inside, pull forward when turning the lock. We never managed to open the garage from outside with the keypad code so we used the button opener provided in the entry foyer instead.
