Nice neighborhood, great location to parks, shopping, restaurants. Good size for the 4 of us. A little dated and maybe have all the spider webs knocked down. Lots of them this time of year, there were some indoors too. Didn’t see any bugs though and nice and clean accommodations.

Alpharetta getaway

The rental house itself is a cozy and private home on a very large lot. We enjoyed the huge backyard and even saw some deer running through the neighbors yard. The home is located on the end of a quiet street with no traffic. It was also great that we were able to park inside the garage. We were very disappointed that the house was not cleaned thoroughly though. A few examples would be :The refrigerator was not clean and had food and debris inside, the floor was dirty, there was dust throughout the house like a noticeable thick layer on the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom, and whoever stayed there last, rudely left their dog waste throughout the backyard that we had to pick up so we and our dogs wouldn’t step in it. Seeing and feeling filth makes you wonder if the rest of the house was actually cleaned or was just “surface cleaned.”

This house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the decorating seemed to be updated somewhat recently. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and central to lots of restaurants, shopping and recreation. The property owner was very responsive when I contacted her for more paper products. She was friendly and dropped off the needed items within an hour. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone staying in the Alpharetta area.

The location of the home was perfect! This area is wonderful-we have never been here before but close to so many neat stores and restaurants. The home had everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable! The fenced in back yard was so nice with having dogs!! The host was available at all times. This home is perfect for short or long stays. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect

This house was perfect! The yard is huge and no steps. The inside of the home is very modern and gorgeous. The beds are very comfy and it even has 2 refrigerators! We were having work done on our house and needed somewhere to stay for the week, so happy we found this jewel! It is located right in the middle of all of the fun stuff, too! Restaurants and shops galore! I have already referred friends that have weddings coming up to book here. It really is perfect! I miss it already.
