The home is a short walk to the restaurants and shops in Downtown Alpharetta, just 1 mile from beautiful Avalon and GA400 and 2.5 miles from Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. Perfect for vacationers, business travelers, and staycationers. The home features an open floorplan with tons of natural light, surrounded by a beautiful landscape you can see from every window. Relax on the covered front porch or enjoy some sunshine and privacy on the back deck. Fast Wifi included. City of Alpharetta Ordinance No 883 limits the day time guests to 10 total occupants during daytime hours (7:00am-11:00pm) and six total occupants during night time hours (11:00pm - 7:00am). Wonderful VRBO for our visit to see our grandkids in Alpharetta. Our first experience using a VRBO and it was wonderful. Everything we needed and great location when we did not have the grandkids with us or spending the night. Second time at this property. Beautiful surroundings, close to downtown. Well maintained. This time the basement was finished, we enjoyed the pingpong table. Well equipped kitchen. Nice that there are spices and oil. Loved it!
