This was a fantastic property and stay. The Host was excellent and communicated extremely well. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Alpharetta area.

David’s home was perfect for our trip to a niece’s baby shower. He was super thorough with information and communication as to everything we needed to know for the area. Super clean home, very comfortable and welcoming. He thinks of everything as if you were family. It was also within 15 minutes walk to downtown Alpharetta. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Unlikely you know about the Farmer's Market, or the Music Festival, etc., so I try to help you have a more enjoyable time by making those kinds of suggestions. I had a minor heart attack reading the review, "barely a 10...." minute... oh, okay... Yes, that's true. Ha ha! I'm glad the stay was a 10 out of 10!! Downtown Alpharetta is awesome. So many restaurants, shopping and open areas to enjoy. We have festivals, music, farmer's markets and lots of activities to enjoy when you come to town. If you like the outdoors, you should try some of the walk areas that have been developed. I'd love to tell you about them next time you come to town!

Everything about the property was great. My husband, dog, and I all felt very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet but close to everything. I would definitely recommend this property. David is the perfect host.

It is a nice walk from the house to downtown. I sometimes drive to the homes to do that as well. We also have many trails and greenbelts around that are extraordinarily pretty, clean and scenic. I'd be happy to introduce them to you on your next stay!

The home was clean but the yard, outside the home and outdoor furniture was dirty.The mattress in the master was terrible. It is completely sunk in and before even getting in it

Thank you Nancy for your feedback. Yard: I agree with you that it was messy today. Unfortunately, as we start spring, that's the situation until everything starts to bloom. Please come back because in a few weeks and you'll see the difference. Bed: Everyone has different tastes. So in order to try to provide something for everyone, I have one softer mattress and the other king bed is firmer. If one doesn't work, the other should. I truly appreciate the feedback and hope you'll come back and enjoy the home again.
