The property is on an all Sports lake with a private dock and many cafes, restaurants close by. You are in the heart of shopping, arcades and anywhere metro Detroit is less than 30 minutes away.

This comfortable house is on the lake with a private dock. The lake itself is on the all sports Cooley lake with a large patio and paddle boards and a boat dock. You can enjoy this property year around. Enjoy fall and winter in the hot tub and a stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, in the heart of the city, visit family and friends in Metro Detroit or shop the best Michigan has to offer. Somerset mall is 30 minutes. Outlet malls are on either side of the property with about 35-45 minute drive.
