Great location, updated house, great property owner

We enjoyed our time at this property. We have been going to Fripp for over 10 years and own property on the island. This is one of the best properties and locations we have every stayed in.

Beautiful views, quiet beach, warm and comfortable home

Our family of 5 (including 3 teenage daughters) had a wonderful vacation at this home. The views from the balcony are amazing (watched many dolphin play) and the beach was all for our enjoyment. Plenty of room to lounge and eat during the day and perfect layout for sleeping. Thank you for letting us stay!

Perfect Family Vacation

Everything about this property enhanced a wonderful week at Fripp. The views are incredible—I simply cant say enough about them—and access to the beach offered both calm seas and some wild high tides We also loved the large living area and relatively small size of the house; it was ideal for hanging out together and still each having a space at the end of the day. If you want a true family spot, this is it.

Glad to be back!

This was our second stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The tides were not as cooperative this time leaving us with no beach for the afternoons but that’s the way it goes. House was in good shape and the views really are the best!

Great house, truly the best view on the island!!

Wonderfully decorated. Great porch overlooking beach. Direct beach access. Made for a relaxing family vacation. Rental agent was fabulous and came by and checked on us to make sure we were all settled in and that the house was in perfect working order. Will definitely rent this house again!!
