Our house features a convenient electronic lock for easy guest access! Upon booking and the rental agreement is filled out, you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay!

Jacinda is available 24/7 for anything you need during your stay.

The town of Leo is known for its quiet, suburban lifestyle and is a popular residential community for families in the Fort Wayne area. The town is relatively small, covering an area of around 2.5 square miles, and is home to several parks and nature preserves, including Metea County Park and Cedarville Reservoir.

This house does use well water that is softened but does have a different smell than chlorinated city water. Place was okay, location is good if you want to be in Leo. I specifically asked about stairs into and around the house. My mom has a bad knee and needs knee surgery. There were no photos so I reached out to the owners and was ensured that there were only a few small steps. I'm sorry, but that was misleading. There are 4 steep steps into the house on the front and back. I would not have booked here if I had been able to see pictures before hand. I've attached some in case somebody in the future needs to know.
