Welcome to Arie Dam #202, a stunning beachfront condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This recently updated beachfront condo offers a blend of comfort and style you are sure to love!

This 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit features new flooring throughout and a spacious, private balcony with stunning Gulf of Mexico views, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The bright and comfortable living area complements the spacious, updated kitchen that is stocked with all essential dishes, cookware, and utensils you will need to prepare your at home meals. The master bedroom includes a King bed, TV, balcony access, and an attached bathroom, while the guest bedroom has a Queen and twin bed and TV for extra comfort. There is also a sofa pullout in the living room for additional sleeping space.

Arie Dam is a smaller, quaint beachfront building in the heart of Madeira Beach. Conveniently situated on Gulf Boulevard, you'll find restaurants within walking distance and easy trolley access. Excellent location. Beautiful beaches and many restaurants. Condo is spacious and in great condition. But couldn't use the frying pan as the coating was peeling. We would have loved to fry some fish. Master bed was not firm and husband developed a backache and had to sleep in the twin bed. Otherwise no problem with anything else. Will stay there again.

Beautiful Place

The condo was awesome! Very clean and spacious. The appliances seemed to be new and were very nice and worked great. We loved the screened in balcony. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a great stay!

Much needed get away!

Arie Dam is perfectly situated in Madeira Beach. This particular unit was fine, but definitely use some TlC compared to others we have stayed in at Arie Dam.

Very nice condo! Would definitely stay again. Only minor issue was the 2 sinks in the master bath drained pretty slowly. Otherwise loved it and would definitely rent again!

Musty!!!

The condo was nice just really musty smell, the main bedroom had a ceiling leak tripping into the trash can, and the pool was not open at all and doesn’t look like it will be anytime soon. Lots of construction all around, which is understandable, but a heads up would have been nice.

Great Condo

The condo itself was recently renovated and nicely done. Unfortunately due to the hurricane, the pool and hot tub were not opened. The pavers around both were getting installed so it was very noisy and dusty. The elevator was down occasionally and the fire alarm went off one day and we had to go outside til it stopped. Parking for guests was terrible during the day as the small lot was filled with contractors vans. Thursday the property manager asked us to let a contractor in at 11 for patio door repairs, contractor showed up at 8:00am and said he’d be there most of the day. Therefore I turned him away. Hopefully we can come stay again next year when it’s done being rebuilt

Just ok

Enjoyed our time of relaxation and downtime. The building next to the aerie dam is run down and sketchy. The fence is low so laying by the pool you are looking directly at the run down property. Thank goodness it wasn't a busy week we were there. The carpet definitely needs cleaned if not replaced. Beach is nice. Patio furniture looks like something they picked up at a a garage sale nothing matched and was plastic chairs. Not sure I would return.
