Home away from home with a family accommodating property nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac within a secured and trusted community. This gem is conveniently located between two loved cities, charming Granbury and notable city of Glen Rose, Our gated community features trusted 24/7 mobile security and the home itself is protected by motion sensored, 270° tilt and pan, exterior entry cameras. Our tight knit community offers access to two boat docks right around the corner of our home that accesses the great Lake Granbury, as well as two large swimming pools, two playgrounds, and a tennis court!!! With plenty of secured parking space, bring your watersport toys to make the most out of your getaway. We have a one (2) space driveway and on the left side of our property we installed a (6) space driveway that accommodates any size family. The backyard features a seating area surrounding a firepit with a grill ready attachment, in this space you'll be surrounded by outdoor entertainment!
Our custom built tree house is an adventure experience for kids of all ages, we keep safety, experience, and quality in mind with what we offer our guests and their families.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed from the best of brands "Purple" and convenient storage space.
The spacious living room's comfy, extra-large sofa and loveseat are a huge favorite to all of our guests/family/friends and is large enough to accommodate extra guests that need to stay over.

Our home has two back guest bedrooms and each includes a wall mounted T.V. The back right guest bedroom is furnished with tons of toys in a play area and set up with a super fun bunk bed with movie theatre display. The back left guest bedroom is furnished as a private and purposeful space, this room has a standard futon bed with a sheet and blanket set (upon request we will happily supply a topper for the futon for any sleepers needing softer setting) This private room is a perfect meditation space with available light cardio and strengthening equipment.

Great place for families

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Here are some pros and cons.Pros:- My kids absolutely loved the house. The outside play area was great, and they also enjoyed the twin bed with a slide and lots of toys. - The fire pit was a relaxing way to spend the evening.- Very clean- The kitchen was well stocked and they even provided some extras.Cons:- I'm not sure how it is supposed to sleep 8. The "twin futon" was an odd size and uncomfortable. The "twin sleeper sofa" was just a regular couch. It ended up working for our family (2 adults, 3 young kids), but be careful if you have a larger group or older kids/extra adults.- No closet access in bedrooms and no dressers except in the master bedroom. Also no extra pillows.- The neighborhood was kinda annoying to navigate, especially if you're traveling back and forth from the house to other sites several times during the day. Again, not a big deal but a little annoying.Overall we definitely enjoyed our time and would probably stay again.
