Granbury's Luxurious 'Abbey Manor'. Walk to Historic Square

Abbey Manor is a luxurious estate located just blocks from the historic downtown square in Granbury. This former physician's family home is nestled on a wooded acre lot. If it looks familiar, you might remember staying here when it was a Bed and Breakfast. It is still luxurious and now his beautiful home is very versatile with the ability to serve as an overnight guest home or a cozy retreat center for group events. (8 guest). The Manor offers an excellent setting for corporate planning events, ladies overnight getaways, small business meetings, or pastoral retreats. Its sprawling 2,800 square feet floor-plan has a full kitchen, dinette, dining room, living room, den, office, 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. This is a perfect location for your Granbury retreat. Extended stays are also available. We do have surveillance cameras. We have installed an Acorn stair lift in our home; this service is intended solely for seniors.

Great place to stay close to the square. We did not cook, but the kitchen looked well stocked. Parking was great for 5 cars. Host was responsive and accommodating. We were there for a team building weekend and it was the perfect setting

The kitchen was so well stocked, we didn’t need the staples we brought. She suppled Keurig coffee pods, regular and decaf, creamer, spices, ice, beer, champagne, butter, anything you desired or needed was there. The bathrooms were also well stocked. The host was so nice and answered immediately if we had any questions or concerns! The bedrooms are all upstairs, but there is a cool lift to get you up the stairs. There were chairs for sitting outside, with beautiful trees and lawn. The location was great. It was very close to the Square and other restaurants around the lake, I can not think of one thing to complain about. I recommend this VRBO to anyone, it slept six of us so comfortably and room for many more! It definitely gets a 5 star rating from my group!!

Our second stay and couldn't have been better. Beautiful house, well managed. Family was in town for funeral for our elderly dad, granddad, and great-granddad. Plenty of space to gather before and after to visit with kinfolk. Excellent host thinks of everything.

This is a georgeous proptery that is kept clean and convenient. We loved the lay out and the beautiful furniture and decor. This was a very well located stay as well; we walked to the main square in 12 minutes.
