Our weekend in Granbury was excellent! Our group of lifelong friends enjoyed the screened in porch so much. The bedroom setup fit our needs perfectly. Lakeside Patio Paradise describes this property perfectly!

Kim and her group were perfect guest, they left the home in perfect condition, the only way you could tell anyone was there was the towel were placed in the tub or shower. Kim and group are welcome back anytime.

Our family had a great time in this very large accommodating house! We had plenty of room and the house was clean, well stocked, and beautifully renovated!!! Perfect for any occasion. Plenty to do- but we just enjoyed visiting with family and playing games! We did take a trip to Fossil Rim and the square. The Pancake House is a must for breakfast! Beautiful home on the lake! You will not be disappointed!!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this lake house! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything was. The views of the lake were absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect backdrop to a relaxing weekend with family.The home had plenty of games and activities for everyone to enjoy, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. There was more than enough room for our entire group to spread out comfortably, while still having great spaces to gather together.The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and communicated with me every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond by allowing us to return after checkout to retrieve an item we accidentally left behind. That level of kindness and customer service made an already wonderful experience even better.If I could give this property 10 stars, I absolutely would! We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway, and we will definitely be booking this lake house again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

We’ve stayed in many home rentals throughout the world but this one tops them all!! I have never been in one where it was so well stocked and the hosts more accommodating. The house is huge and was exactly what we needed for our family of 2 seniors, 4 adults and 3 kids. The screened porch was huge and had fun things for all - a hot tub, big screen tv, pool table, corn hole and other games with plenty of seating to move around. The boys fished a few times but unfortunately the stairs were too steep for my husband to join them. We had time to relax and enjoy each other while reading and playing games that were well stocked. It was such a hot week that wasn’t conducive to doing much outside but we ventured into Granbury Square and downtown Glen Rose. We’ll need to go back in the fall to explore more. Thanks to Frederick & Christina for being fantastic hosts!

The place is beautiful! Everything was clean, spacious, and well-equipped and functioning. The hot tub was super full so spilled over as we entered but plenty of towels were provided for when we got out. It would be helpful to mark one light switch by the entry door that we inadvertently switched that turned on outdoor lights. Those interrupted some sleep and we couldn’t figure out how to turn them off. The host was helpful and guided us to the right switch. Beds were very comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms. We had everything we needed. Would go there again!

Exactly as Described

This place was amazing. Most of the time photos make places look bigger and better than they actually are. This place was exactly as described and there was no photo trickery making spaces look larger than they actually were. The host was quick to respond to any and all questions. Will definitely to plan to stay again if we have a large group. Great Place
