Please be punctual of the 11 am check out time. Kindly leave all utensils, pots , pans, glassware, etc clean and place them in the drawers. Discard used food and drinks from the refrigerator.
Ensure all electricity is off such as lights, fans, stove, air conditioners, television and close windows. Verify that you have all of your belongings as we are not responsible for items left behind.
Kindly place all trash in receptacles located in the parking lot. Place keys back in the lockbox .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
