Hi, I'm Ian ... my wife Linda and I are love the Sunshine Coast because of it's mild climate, proximity to Vancouver and the outdoor recreation it offers. I'm an avid outrigger canoe paddler - both in BC and Hawaii, and Linda enjoys many arts and crafts and the beachy vibe of our community.

This property is special because its close to the lower mainland (Vancouver), but feels like you are a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. You can walk to pristine forested trails and waterfalls, and enjoy our clean west coast beach right on the property. Bring your kayak or rent nearby, or lounge on our large beach deck - a special, unique feature of our property. We are west facing so you'll see beautiful sunsets year round, and have the perfect vantage to see whales, eagles, seals, tugs, cruise ships and more!
