Fast Wi-Fi, TV service, cell tower close so phones work, new HOT water heater and COLD A/C! Fans throughout! 2 Porches outdoor and large deck! With grill!

Primary Suite: King bed for ultimate comfort-private bathroom (Big windows, blackout curtains here too for naps and VERY comfortable bed!)

Guest Room 1: Two xl twins can convert to a king bed easily. Big windows and tv too!
Additional Sleeping: Full-size sleeper sofa on the porch, bunk beds loft full bed and twin (great for kids) Plenty of room for toddler bed or travel crib (We have one for you in the closet)

Living Spaces: Two large living areas with electric recliners and TVs; one inside and one on the porch/sunroom with lots of windows and natural light.

Porches: Spacious back porch with a large couch, indoor seating for 4, and a high-top bar table – great for relaxing or watching the lake. Outdoor front porch for relaxing.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, bar island seating for 5, everything you need for on-site meals.
Extras: Laundry area indoors, very quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Sebring Raceway (just off Hwy 98, Florida)

This is our vacation home and we just LOVE sharing it with lake lovers and racers alike! Our home is perfect for families, large or small groups or even just a couple looking for a wonderful relaxing getaway!

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a slower pace country location on fresh water, we drove over from Bradenton, the closer we came the more we loved the old Florida feel. We LOVE how remote we feel and how close town and shopping-dining is. We just love watching the wildlife such as birds and even cute little otters under the docks! We love the fishing and prepare for a BIG bass if yo stay here!

Location, two blocks from boat ramp. Close to Sebring Raceway!!!
Canal dock with lake access. Beautiful country location. Between two towns that have everything you want.
