Stay close to all downtown Salt Lake City has to offer in one of these cozy, super clean one bedroom with full bath apartments in a two story eight plex.
Super clean fully furnished and expertly decorated!
Bedrooms include full or queen bed with dresser, nightstand with reading lamps and plenty of closet space. All linens are included.
Separate living room has a couch, coffee table, end table and 37' TV.
Kitchens are complete with granite counter tops, tile floors and upgraded appliances.
They all feature a gas stove microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and flatware.
Apartments have also been remodeled with new windows, 2' wood blinds, paint, carpet, tile in kitchen and bath, 60' bathtub and cultured marble tub surround with newer energy efficient furnaces plus central air conditioning.
There are laundry facilities on site as well.
Non-smokers only and no pets please.

Perfect for a medium or long term stay!

We stayed at this unit for a month. I would absolutely stay here again. - Pro: Super fast and reliable WiFi! The unit I stayed in had Google Fiber!! Made it easy to get work done! - Pro: Host: the hosts are responsive & friendly. We booked somewhat last min and check in was easy. - Pro: Well furnished. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a medium or long term stay! -Con: My entire deposit was withheld, ostensibly for carpet+couch cleaning. I was a bit surprised as we did not even cook in the unit. - Neutral: You can hear other tenants upstairs / visitors in the hallways, but nothing out of the ordinary for a multi-family dwelling. All in all, would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Utah!

I did a long term stay, roughly 30 days , and it worked well for me. Convenient to downtown and local eateries. The owners are friendly and accommodating. I will definitely rent from them again when i'm in town. Well worth it.

Great October Stay

I stayed for a week in October. The weather was gorgeous. The apartment is close to Liberty Park, downtown, grocery stores, the University, the train. I loved the patio off the second floor and spent time there most days. The place is well appointed and has everything I needed. I felt very at home. The other tenants were friendly which was nice. I would definitely stay again.

Condo was very nice and clean. Only a few min. from downtown, parks, The U, etc... right in the heart of everything. The owners are very nice and really helped us out with some questions about the SLC. We would definitely stay again!

Our Downtown Getaway

Great location. Great neighborhood. Grocery store, drug store and restaurants are all nearby. Parking on the street was never a problem. Met the owners while they were getting another apartment ready to rent. Very nice couple and helpful with directions. Would stay there again.

You can access much of the city and business district by foot and it is close to public transportation as well.
With all the recreation the area has to offer, and for business this property is a great central starting point for day trips to State and National parks in the region or wherever else your travels may take you.

Besides being close to everything the city has to offer, you can unwind in one of the comfortable apartments or relax on the spacious deck with your morning or evening beverage and enjoy the view of the majestic Wasatch Mountains.
