This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom is located in the building right across the pool, hot tubs and the beach access. It is tastefully decorated throughout with a newly remodeled kitchen that is fully equipped, has Keurig coffee maker! The bathroom has been completely remodeled, there is a washer and dryer inside for your use, has a private balcony with seating and is sure to be a perfect fit for your vacation! This condo provides views of the Intracoastal Waterways where you are bound to see dolphins passing by and boaters heading out to the Gulf. Building #1 is just across from the pool and beach access onsite.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone.

Just 3.5 miles north is Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; a lively waterfront destination offering retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Absolute paradise

It was SO quiet. Super easy access to the gulf and the bay. Property is well maintained and the pool/hot tub area is very comfortable. Loved having an assigned parking space. The elevator was out most of the week, but we needed the exercise anyways. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Enjoyed ourselves

Love the location and this property! Being right on the beach is a must for us! This property had one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag. Staying for ten days you would think it would be more well equipped. Wish the unit had a more detailed clean, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Will stay here again, just hoping for more cleanliness.

Beautiful property with beach

We stayed at this lovely property for our honeymoon and even though we managed to pick the week Florida decided to participate in winter, our stay was wonderful. Plenty of walks on the beach despite the cold. Check in/check out was a breeze. My only criticism is that the cleaning crew should check the shower liner from time to time. It was starting to get some mold on it, which happens in Florida but maybe put that in the list to check each time they prep the condo for the next guest. It wasn't by any means horrible but it took a tiny bit off the perfect score in our minds. We would definitely stay here in this condo again.

The best location!

We booked this spot for our honeymoon and we are so happy that we did. Lands End is in a beautiful location. The pool is large and clean, and open later at night this time of year. The beach was perfect- very uncrowded, walkable, swimmable-all of my favorite ingredients!The canal was lovely also, and we had an excellent view. Our first day walking along the canal we saw a manatee- amazing!The unit itself was nice, though a good deep clean would be helpful. It was awesome having a washer/dryer, but lots of other people’s lint still in the lint screen and the w/d unit itself could use a nice vacuum and wipe down, inside & out. A few cleaning products would be great also- so guests can clean as counters and sinks get inevitably dirty as used. And perhaps new sponges to do dishes would be a plus. These are all minor things, and simply offering suggestions. Ok- to the overall assessment: Really, really excellent! We found Resort Rentals to be incredibly responsive. April got back to me immediately when I sent an email. We loved the comfy furniture, having lots of coffee cups, the balcony was incredible, it was very quiet, and we loved the proximity to beach and pool! Beautiful birds everywhere, shells, sunsets-and this is the place to be for some amazing 4th of July fireworks. I think we saw 20 different fireworks displays from our balcony. We’d love to vacation in this unit again-it was such a beautiful, peaceful stay. Rebecca & Tim

Ripped off and lied to by resort rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not informed of lands end looking like a war zone with unusable beach and water because of beach renurishing, the boardwalk has been closed since February, not told a thing about this for our June rental, not told about rail replacement, but I read about it on trip advisor and asked before booking and was only told it wasn't in my building, it wasn't, but I never dreamed a railing project would make lands end look like a war zone. Lands end is beautiful, I've stayed there several times, I'm retired and could have come anytime, instead resort rentals kept information from me and ruined my first beach vacation in eight years, wouldn't return my phone call, I went to the office in person and was told my lease was with the condo owner and they couldn't give me money back or put us in another place bc the rentals started on Saturday,I called them on Saturday, but call was not returned. Resort rentals did eventually give us a small refund. The condo was nice, but even the Bay view was ruined buy a rusty barge that had been there for several months and will be there for several months more.

Spontaneous Getaway

We really enjoyed Lands End, and specially 404 Bld 1. The room was as described and the entire property felt like our own secluded area. Tips for future travelers- bring a fan for the master BR as it doesn’t have a ceiling fan, and also a couple extra wash clothes. This will save time doing laundry every day. Other than that we enjoyed our time. Property management was very helpful and provided quick communications.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were staying with family for a week and needed to find a place to stay for a second week as more family descended from the UK. We looked around St Pete Beach and Treasure Island. The mainstream hotels, condo hotels and other traditional resorts were either full, of low quality or very expensive. Knowing the area having visited for many years, I called into Resort Rentals while passing to ask if they could help. They suggested the unit at Lands End which, knowing Sunset Beach well, was the perfect location for us. We booked the unit and it was perfect and of much higher quality than anything we had seen at double the price. Resort Rentals provided a great, no fuss service. The unit was spotless and modern. I would recommend both without reservation or hesitation.

You are limited to what you can take in terms of luggage. There were no beach towels and even though the rental agency states to that there are none, they should provide them and some decent beach chair. The chairs were adequate, but old and saggy. That would be our ONLY, and I do mean ONLY suggestion......we loved our unit, the property, the whole 2 weeks were glorious.
