This lovely condo has a special floor plan and 2 private balconies with a unique water view. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked and ready for you to start creating! The living room and guest bedroom open onto a private balcony and the master bedroom has its own private balcony. This condo is located across from the pool on the east side of the property. Both private balconies and all windows face west so you can see the Gulf of Mexico sparkling in the distance. This is a great condo for 2 couples to share since both bedrooms have a large bed and a door to a private balcony. Free wireless internet service. Building #1 is just across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach access onsite.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Enjoyable stay

Great location

Great location, but this property is aged. Paint peeling off walls mold in washing machine. But there is always a But there is always an opportunity cost and the price of 100/ night good for what you get . Also the people of Saint Pete Beach are still traumatized from the hurricane town is a wreck. Many short tempered people, including those that work at the property.

I would definitely rent through them again in the future. The condo itself was clean and well appointed with all the essential cookware, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was ideal. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, and there were plenty of pillows and towels. The balcony had the best pool and beach view. We were slightly underwhelmed with the beach chairs and umbrellas- a couple of chairs were rusted and the umbrellas were broken- not a deal-breaker, but worth noting.

lands end treasure

the location is perfect. the gated community makes it feel like you are removed and on some resort. the pool are and walk ways to the beach are well maintained and clean. our particular unit was perfectly located and the views were stunning. the rental unit itself was layed out well and clean. but could use updating and some added amenities. the beds are quite old and we had barely enough blankets and towels. and no beach towels at all. the beach chairs are in terrible condition. if you fly in for a week it would be impractical to go buy chairs and towels that would not go home with you. we would definitely stay there again - in the same apartment or another unit. our main complaint was we were in the fourth floor and were not advised the elevator was out. that was a challenging surprise. the rental company gave us a few options but it was the one rather large challenge to the stay.

Problems that occurred

Bought groceries upon arriving the first night. The refrigerator appeared not to cool off. Called and talked to a tech and he said it should cool off after 24 hours. The refrigerator did not completely cool until Monday after we arrived Saturday afternoon. We lost some of the meat that we had bought. On Wednesday or Thursday we came back from the beach and the programable thermostat was off. We called our tech number again they sent out a tech that came about 7:00 to fix the problem Something had clogged up in the air conditional. When he arrived it was 80 in the condo. They did fix the problem.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is just an average condo. Needs allot of work. Tiles are cracked and separating in the shower and loose on the floor in the kitchen. The screen door wouldn't open from the living room. It was backwards so we had to go out the kids bedroom. Went to the pool one evening there was no one there but me and my 3 kids. Old guy comes yelling for us to get out of the hot tub. I had seen kids in it all week with their family. I figured he had nothing better to do. This location is not very family friendly. Too many retirees that forget they were once young and liked to enjoy the beach instead of looking at it. I am sure this place was great 25 years ago. But time has passed it by. The internet was down right horrible. And as an IT engineer this was very concerning. I needed it. Instead had to go elsewhere to work.They dryer took a day to dry anything. we have been going to Florida for 20yrs and this is just average. Most places we stay have everything you need. This place fell well short of that. Would not return.

It would be have been a much better experience if we could have checked in at the security gate. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. the overhead light is dining area looked as if it was about to fall off the ceiling, otherwise we the property description was spot-on. Once we were settled in we made great use of the grounds and all it had to offer and had a wonderful time the staff was friendly and non invasive. The view from our unit was breathtaking of the sunrise and sunset. We are looking forward to coming back again!

The condo was clean, on the beach, and not in a touristy area. We loved our time there. We spent our days at the beach and our evenings out doing something in Treasure Island. Sunsets are amazing on the beach!

Convenient location!

This property was conveniently located within walking distance to the pool and beach. The condo looked just like the pictures. Only complaints would be that the bathrooms were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Also, the dishwasher leaked when in use. Other than that, no issues! I would stay here again!!

This year we stayed in building 1in 407 a beautiful condo. The problem is the cleaning crew in these condos. The lovely redone large bathroom shower was very moldy and lots of dust in condo. The refrigerator would leak out into kitchen floor from bottom about every 3 days and the light fixture over dining room table falling out of ceiling! There is not a mop nor a decent broom in the place to clean up water or sand. Last year while there we bought a dust buster so we could keep sand off floor. I think guests take a lot of heat over what the cleaning people should be doing. All that being said I hope to stay there again next year!!
